This is done within the Studio 51 level.
After taking the elevator to a floor called "Quiet Hills", go through killing everybody and retrieve the blue keycard at the far right end. Then, as you make your way back though the floor, you'll come across a character slowly moving from left to right dragging a sword behind himself. Just kill him for an easy achievement.
