How to unlock the Secret hunter achievement in Katana ZERO - Definitive Guide

Using chapter select when going for any Achievement you have to finish the chapter for the Achievement progress to Register. You don't have to get all in one sitting just do them in order of chapters while also finishing the chapter.
Prism key Chapter 1 - Factory - Go left at very start and search body on roof top.
Master key Chapter 2 - Hotel - Kill the Guy on the ledge before he jumps with any throwing weapon. Press Y over his body to retrieve key.
Prototype key Chapter 4 - Prison - Finish Chapter without killing anyone or if you refused to take your medication in chapter 3 - The club kill Every police officer Instead. When you return back at your apartment the key will be in a container just as you reach the top of the stairs.
In order to refuse your medication you must speak to DJ Electrohead in Chapter 3 - Club about the drugs and then "DO NOT KILL HIM" Then when you speak to the Therapist in the same chapter you can then refuse your medication when you ask him about the drugs.
Phoenix key Chapter 6 - Mansion - While progressing through the chapter you will come to a part where you will see someone looting in a far left room of the mansion. Kill the enemies and wait for the thief to leave then go in the room and Press Y to get the Phoenix key.
Savant Key Chapter 9 - Slaughterhouse - To get this key you must avoid all monitors in this chapter by either cutting the Red cables next to them or Avoiding the motion censors on the ceilings. You will know when you have done it correctly because you will be able to get through the door on the other side before it closes. Once you get through all monitor rooms you will come to a room with red barrels look for the Y prompt to get the Savant key.

When your done with a level that has the key in it can you just leave and it will register? Or you have to get all keys in one sitting?
