How to unlock the Beet Broken achievement in Kaze and the Wild Masks - Definitive Guide
Like the other bosses, Buck and his fight follows a set pattern, repeated in increasing difficulty across three cycles.
For this fight, you will be in flight the whole time. The top and bottom edges of the screen are covered with spikes, and flaming pumpkins will be coming at you from various directions that need to be dodge. Periodically, one of the pumpkins will be replaced by one of Buck's goons. They look like purple... I don't know, onions? With a blue gem in their forehead. You need to shoot them or fall onto their heads as they show up. If you miss one, it's fine, you'll just see more before getting the boss to appear. After you have hit three of the goons, Buck will appear on the right, rotating while moving from the right side to the left. While he does this you need to shoot his face, whereas the other 75% of his body is protected by armor.
That pattern is the same across all three cycles, with the pumpkin patterns and Buck's speed simply becoming more difficult.
I've included a clip of me performing my no-hit run of this boss for those of you who prefer a visual aid for this.

Defeat the boss on Island 2 for the trophy.
Story-related; cannot be missed.
Buck's Brigade is the boss of the second world, and is again pretty simple. This fight takes place as the bird, and is basically just a flying test. You need to fly around dodging enemies, and when one of the boss goons appears, shoot it. Do this to two goons and the boss will come on screen. Shoot it in its opening on its face to damage it. Repeat this process two more times to defeat it. The second phase is the tougher one because of the wind blowing you to the right, but there is no randomness to this fight so you'll quickly learn where to dodge.
