You have to collect all 100 crystals on each level AND beat the final boss again.

Note: This achievement requires you to beat the game AFTER meeting the criteria. Take note of this, because the final boss could be tough, and you could potentially have to redo that fight if you wait until after beating the game to mop up this achievement.
This achievement is tied to collecting all of the purple crystal medals on all regular and bonus levels in the game. These are the medals you get for collecting at least 100 purple crystals in each level. In general, the purple crystals act as guides along your path, meaning the vast majority of them are very difficult to miss (either collecting them or at least observing them). The two biggest things to look out for are: each regular level typically has two hidden clusters of crystals: one you have to spin attack to collect, and one you have to ground pound to collect. Both are purple clouds in the general area, and both are typically pretty easy to spot. They aren't really hidden, but in some levels where you're going quick, it can be easy to overlook them.
The videos in Wait... What? (100G) show all crystals as well as all other collectibles.
As noted above, once you've gotten all 31 crystal medals, you then need to beat the final boss. After the cutscenes, there will be a screen showing you how many of the 31 medals you've gotten. If you've gotten all 31, you'll get a new cutscene showing Hogo being saved, and this achievement will unlock after all the cutscenes.
