Not too hard to complete. Gold is not required, just hit any of the 3 time windows on each level. I found it easier to 100% each level as you go as it stays fresh for memorization.

You need to get a time trial medal (so gold, silver or bronze), in 10 levels! Use the purple stopwatch at the beginning of a level to activate time trial mode.
I recommend doing this just after you have completed the level, as you should remember the route better.
