This can easily be done solo. Just grab your computer, phone or any other device you have and look up the bomb manual (website is given in game) simply go through each of the chapter "1. The Basics." These bombs are simple and give you enough time to look at the screen and back to your device.

You will obtain this after completing sections 2.1 - 2.4. These bombs will still contain the most basic types of modules, but will also familiarize you with varying rules like module amounts and time limit reductions. This section is still not too bad though.
