How to unlock the Adira's Fear achievement in Kena: Bridge of Spirits - Definitive Guide

Story Related. 

Adira's Hammer Relic is one of three relics that are required to complete her questline. You won't be able to progress with the game without picking this up. This particular one will be picked up in the Forge in the Fields. If you're having trouble with the boss, please reference the video provided under Master Spirit Guide trophy_gold.png which shows all of the mini-bosses and main bosses being defeated.
