While this is missable, it's pretty likely you'll get it naturally, if not on your first playthrough, then definitely on your Master run. During combat, you gain Rot points (those little yellow dots on the bottom left of your screen). When you have a full point, you can use your Rots to aid you in combat. Hold  and press  on an enemy to distract them. You can also upgrade your Bow, Bombs, and Sword to become "rot infused". These also count towards this trophy and are incredibly beneficial, so you should be using them as often as possible anyways. Once you've used 5 Rot actions in one fight, the trophy will unlock.
