Your best bet will be to get this with 3 small/trash enemies, especially on the lower difficulties since you can take them out pretty easily. Chip away at the 3 enemies health bars and when they're all low, try your best to gather them together (kite them around until they're close to each other). Wait for one to attack and parry with
