Adira'a Vilalge Heart Relic is one of three relics that are required to complete her questline. You won't be able to progress with the game without picking this up. This particular one will be picked up inside of the Village Heart. If you're having trouble with the boss, please reference the video provided under Master Spirit Guide
which shows all of the mini-bosses and main bosses being defeated.
