This trophy is actually a lot easier than it sounds. You might be thinking that the "critical hit" spots are the yellow gem-like spots on some of the larger enemies, and while they are, there is an enemy that is a walking critical spot that will make this a lot easier for you. About halfway through the game, as you're progressing through Adira's questline, you'll be introduced to small exploding enemies. They have a pulsating red bubble back and when they get too close to you, they'll blow up. Their backs are critical hit spots and if you shoot them, they'll explode and die immediately. Your best bet will be to use these little guys. 

There are plenty of spots where you can get this done, but there's an incredibly easy spot when you're in the Village Heart at the end of Adira's questline. You'll have to float on a round platform through some tunnels while enemies attack you from the sides. There will be a few waves of 3+ of these bomb enemies, giving you a few chances to get it. If you don't already have it, you should upgrade your Bow so it has the slow-speed upgrade and/or the rot arrows. When the enemies appear, quickly shoot them (you can slow down time with both of the abilities mentioned just above) and if you get all 3 within 3 seconds, this trophy will unlock.
