To get this you first have to have completed a story with a character. It doesn't matter which difficulty you play on but you have to have the clear data. After that head to Nationwide contest and then win three matches. It won't be that hard.

The online in the game doesn't require two people and actually you don't even play. You take your character that you went through the Main Mode with and fight another persons.
