1. For this one, immediately walk to your right.
2. You'll see an "exit" sign and door in between two walls.
3. Click on it and leave.

At the end of Act 1 and before you start Act 2 you will play out a short scene in a small round art exhibition.
You start at the exit and make your way around the room looking at 4-5 exhibits before returning to the EXIT.
On leaving the building the achievement will unlock and the whole scene takes around 5 minutes.
I didn't try to exit straight away to see if it unlocks without exploring the room first as the scene is so short.
