Once you made a fishing rod find a body of water and start fishing.
I found all the fish in one location (In a moat around a 'Human village'), in one session with 47 catches
There are 10 fish
Anglerfish
Archerfish
Crystal Jellyfish
Drillfish
Hardshell Shark
Infected Piranha
Meco Purifish
Toxic Guppy
White Fish
There is also 2 junk items , I'm not sure if they are needed for the achievement

Safe/Best place to fish is on your characters personal Island, unlock portal and go to Uninhabited Island (no mobs there and it is surrounded by water).
