My approach was the set Punji Sticks (working on 'Watch Out') around a invasion hole.
If you take damage yourself on the Punji Sticks the bleed will drop your health to 1 without killing you.
Kill the damaged mobs that pop out the hole.

Not how I got mine but nice use of the trap to keep yourself below 4% life.
