This one's a bit of a pain as its RNG , (think it took me about 60 reroll , but might have been more)
Create a piece of "Golden-Plate" (any gold armor piece might work but it's what I used), - Thanks to packetloss X for pointing out my misunderstanding
Drop any armor armor piece or weapon in the Plating pool (Made from the chemistry workbench) with (2)Gold Bars and (5)Patasytor Primordium and keep rolling till you get four epic (pink) stats.

Note: The 'gold-plated' refers to the fact you use Gold bars to Plate the gear (notice it says gold plating in the tool tip, if you use iron it will say iron plating). The gear does not matter as long as you use gold bars and get 4 violet(pink) mods. I got mine off a boss weapon drop.
