You can do this fast by farming " Rescue the Bunnies " mission on chapter 4.
A successful run gives you 13 to 14 rescues. If you farm "Find the Oasis" mission for 25k kills, you should get this achievement also, along the way. If not, rescue a couple of dozen more bunnies.
