You can play the easy heart puzzle at the start 10 times to get this.
When you have all other achievements except the 3 puzzle achievements, do the first one and then delete your save (cloud and console). Start the game solve the first puzzle, rinse and repeat. Good thing the Achievement tracker works for this game.
