Not sure if there is a specific waterfall that you have to jump off of since there are a few on the map. The one that I jumped off of is the one right of where you start in the map. It has the words “Kick It Bunny” on the wall and there are a bunch of alligators around. Took me a few jumps to get the achievement so if you don’t get it the first try, try it again.
