There are 3 Hatman statues required for this.
1. On the path between Brachiosaurus and Rabbit puzzles. If you start at the Brachiosaurus and walk up the hill towards the Rabbit, it will be on your left as you're coming down the other side of the hill. Opposite the La note, by a star flower, sticking out of a dirt mound.
2. A little bit north of the Alien Octopus puzzle. If you're coming up the big hill from the water to get to the Alien Octopus it will be on your right, close to the top of the hill. This is the original one to kick for an earlier achievement.
3. From the Butterfly puzzle, cross the bridge. Following the path after the bridge, there's grass on both sides of the path. After the grass ends, you should see a pathway down to your left. Head down and at the fork go left and it'll be on the left down close to the water.
