I achieved this by setting a few of the jumping spiders on fire. Once they run around they jump every so often and it will pop once they jump while on fire as they will die. I couldn’t seem to shoot it while it was in mid air.

I wanted to add that I got this by accident when doing the Arachno-Gauntlet on level 3, Domestic Duties. That challenge has a lot of jumping spiders all around and gives you ammo that sets things on fire (i.e. Molotov cocktails). Maybe you have to try it a couple times if you're unlucky, but it shouldn't take too long to get.

Thought I would also mention I got this unintentional by using the vacuum to suck up a few jumping spiders, then launching them into a wall. I don't know if they died from only hitting the wall or them also getting squished by the other objects I had sucked up. The achievement popped right after I did this.
