To transform a spider into a queen you need to use the Royal Grape puffs "Blue bag with a white line and a pink square" found on the Paper Trail level inside the vending machine. Transform a spider into a queen using the puffs and then kill the queen and feed her babies some puffs and turn them into a queen and the achievement will unlock. I show this Achievement in my Walkthrough starting at 1:00:30 minutes into the video.

To complete this you need to select cheese puffs in the weapon select screen then press x to select the correct bag.

You’ll need the Royal Grape Cheese Puffs for this one.
This can be done on any level with Queen Spiders but your best bet is with Level 2 since there will be a handful available to try this on. Start it up and look for a Queen Spider (the large red and black ones). Kill it and when you do, a handful of Spiderlings will pop out from it. Lay a Royal Grape Cheese Puff down so any one of them get attracted to it and eat it. When they do, they’ll turn into a Queen Spider and this trophy will unlock.
The Spiderling must spawn from a Queen. The Spiderlings that appear without a Queen won't count towards this trophy.
