On Major Inconvenience.
Once you get outside later in the level, you can approach the pumps and hit them with any weapon available. Ranged, melee, etc. Then stand back and watch the carnage unfold.
To get out side, complete the obje times as they pop up, it's nothing too hard. First you leave the store via the rear entrance. Then you must continue completing objectives until the container door becomes unlockable. Its obvious as you progress naturally through the level what you're looking for.

You can get this Achievement on the Major Inconvenience level by hitting the gas pumps outside with any weapon and they will blow up and net you the Achievement. I show this Achievement in my Walkthrough starting at 30:40 minutes into the video.
Velvet
In level 4 (Major Inconvenience), you’ll eventually make your way out of a convenience store and outside to a gas station. You need to blow up the gas pumps to unlock this trophy. You can set them on fire, use an exploding Spider, shoot them, etc. Once the pump takes any damage, it'll start to burn and after a few seconds, it'll explode, destroying the gas station. When it goes boom, this trophy will unlock.
