Very easy to get. Once you start the game, you will quickly acquire the clipboard. Go into the main room and smack the piano once to pop the achievement. Thought it best to update since the original post.

You'll earn this on Level 1 (First Contact). There’s a pretty good chance you’ll get this without trying but in this level is a Piano. With the Clipboard, smack it once and it’ll start playing some Ragtime music. When it starts to play, the trophy will unlock.
