Just what it says on the tin. You get this achievement once you kill one of every spider in the game. There are nine total.
Black Spider: Regular spider found in the first level
Spiderling: Found on Level 2 (The little white guys)
Queen Spider: Also found on Level 2 (These are the ones that burst into three Spiderlings when killed)
Jumping Spider: Found on Level 3. They jump. Yep. (You get the idea with these)
Exploding Spider: Found on Level 4
Web Spider: Found on Level 5
Radioactive Spider: Found on Level 7
Zombie Spider: Also found on Level 7
Invisible Spider: I first saw these guys running around on Level 3 but you’ll find them for sure on Level 8
Honestly if you play the game normally you’ll easily find and kill each one along the way. Happy hunting!

There is also Best Buddy Spider. To get him, give Best Buds Blueberry Cheese Puffs to any spider, then kill it.

Replayed literally every level 2-3 times and wasn't getting it, TYSM Jordi#1477!!

There are 9 Spider-types in the game, most of quick will be part of Objectives to kill which will be required for Unintended Consequences

. The list of the trophies and their main locations are as follows: - Black Spider: Standard Spider found on most levels.
- Spiderling: Introduced on Level 2 (Close Encounter).
- Queen Spider: Introduced on Level 2 (Close Encounter).
- Jumping Spider: Introduced on Level 3 (Domestic Duties).
- Exploding Spider: Introduced on Level 4 (Major Inconvenience).
- Web Spider: Introduced on Level 5 (Garden of Evil).
- Radioactive Spider: Introduced on Level 7 (Paper Trail).
- Zombie Spider: Introduced on Level 7 (Paper Trail).
- Invisible Spider: Introduced officially on Level 8 (Contingency Omega).
You should have these all by the time you finish the game but if you're missing any, you can use Cheese Puffs to turn the Spiders into the ones you need (see Eclectic Tastes ). There's a chance you'll come across an Invisible Spider before Level 8 so if you do, the Radioactive and Zombie Spiders will be the last you need to kill. Otherwise this trophy will unlock in Level 8.
