After the initial call with Maurice, he will send you a fax of the floor layout of the building he's trapped in. When you're free to leave the radio room to go grab the fax, open your door, walk straight towards the wall in front of you. Then turn left 90° and walk to the only door directly in front of you. When you get inside this room the fax machine will be on the right side with the fax already on top of it.
Grab the fax with
, then head back into the radio room. Put the fax down on the console just above the switchboard with 
. When your ready to start the 2nd call hit the Peggy button on the lower left call board.
These are the responses to give
Call the editor’s office.
Go to the kitchen.
Can you lock him in a room?
Use a radio?
Maurice will hang up, but call you back shortly. When he does give these responses
(Timed) Maurice, turn the volume down!
Call the board room.
I’m sure. Make the call.
I’ll impersonate Mr. Russell.
Hide in your cabinet.
(Let the timer run down and don’t say anything), Peggy will prompt you when it’s safe to speak.

Maurice will fax you the Layout of Gallows Offices. It's in the offices down the second hallway. On the right once you enter.
Once you get the Layout, In order to save Maurice, choose the following prompts:
1. "Call the editors' office"
2. "Go to the kitchen."
3. "Can you lock him in a room?"
4. "Use a radio?"
5. "I hope he's -- a 'The Scream' fan?"
6. (timed) "Maurice, turn the volume down."
7. "Call the boardroom."
8. "Hide in your cabinet."
9. DO NOT CHOOSE ANY PROMPT HERE; IT IS A SCAM, AND MAURICE WILL DIE IF YOU DO. Peggy will give Forrest the clear to talk.
