Set the difficulty to very easy. You will need to complete 10 fights before getting to gargos. You can use any character, then die at gargos, continue and then select Orchid or you can select Orchid from the start.
Knock down gargos' health to zero by jumping towards and pressing
then jumping away, alternating occasionally to also attack with 
. Do not get knocked to the sides and occasionally jump over gargos. When he is at 0 health, you will need to launch him into the air to finish the match. Press down, down forward, forward, 
next to him to knee him. My preference for directional buttons is the d pad and you should be pressing them in a swift continuous motion.
Achievement unlocked.

If your going to post a guide at least put the right stuff on it. The finishing move for orchid would be press right, down, down forward, B after gargos has his health flashing
