What you have to do is humiliate all 10 regular characters (You can't humiliate Eyedol).
To perform a Humiliation you have to beat the opponent without losing your first life bar (green/yellow) then when the screen goes red and says "danger" perform the Humiliation move. You can do the move stood anywhere on screen.
The moves are listed in the help menu section of the game but to save you time here they are...
HUMILIATION MOVE LIST
1. TJ Combo = D, D, D + QP
2. Jago = F, DF, D, DB, B + MK
3. Thunder = D, D, DF, F + QK
4. Glacius = F, F, B + QK
5. Orchid = F, DF, D, DB, B + FP
6. Cinder = B, B, B + FK
7. Sabrewulf = F, F, F + QP
8. Riptor = D, D, F, F + FP
9. Spinal = B, DB, D, DF, F + FK
10. Fulgore = B, DB, D, DF, F + MK
If you are struggling with some of the harder to beat characters you could try putting the game on the "very easy" setting which can be found under options! Alternatively if you have a second controller you can just cheat and play against player 2!

Thank you guys for clearing this up. I performed Cinder's on all characters and got nothing. Lol. Also, I confirmed this, you can grab a second controller to gain the achievements as well. :)
