Under the Single Player menu, pick Fight, then Survival. Beat the first 10 opponents to get the achievement. You can change the difficulty to Beginner to make this easier. The better you know the character you are playing as, the easier this will be. If you lose, you will have to start all over again. If you are having trouble, try throwing your opponent repeatedly to gain an advantage.
