Simply beat a total of 250 mimics during Shadow Lords missions to unlock this. Mimics are the green-skinned characters; fights against regular characters don't count toward this.
This does NOT have to be done in one playthrough, and I can confirm that you can get this achievement using simulated/deployed fights, as it unlocked for me after a successful deployment.
