How to unlock the Mira's Endurance achievement in Killer Instinct - Definitive Guide
Not much to this one... the ratio is a bit higher than the difficulty really suggests.
From the Main Menu, go into single player and survivor mode. Difficulty doesn't matter so set it to beginner and play through the next 10 matches. It's incredibly easy on that difficulty as even someone who is atrocious at fighters can easily win every match without knowing Mira's move set.
You'll win this along the way as well:

What is with her losing health as the match goes on? How do I counteract this?

^Yeah, that's the problem with Mira, and this guide saying it's easy even for people who suck at fighting games. As Mira fights, she loses part of her life & needs to feed to replenish the recoverable part of her health (the shimmery silver part of her health bar). You have to perform Embrace or Shadow Embrace to do this. Which should've been explained in the guide, but this looks like a generic copy/paste to cover all of the "beat 10 opponents in one survival" achievements. Go into Practice with Mira, pause, select Command List, RB over to Special Moves, and Embrace should be at the top showing you the inputs. Do that every few combos, or if you notice the silvery part of your health bar getting pretty long.

Selecting Classic Survival and not Shadow Survival, you must defeat 10 opponents in a row with Mira to unlock this achievement. It is highly recommended to lower the difficulty to Beginner for this achievement as your final 2 or 3 opponents will put up a bit of a fight. If you're struggling with this, review the moves list and work on blocking incoming attacks and striking back afterwards with your best combos; Practice is key to any fighting game. You will unlock "Survival Mira" after winning your first Survival Match.
