How to unlock the Shadow Ruffian achievement in Killer Instinct - Definitive Guide
Ok, first off credit goes to ADIDA5 A55A55IN for helping me match up with some other folk, which in turn got this idea going.
The easiest way to get this is to boost it with 1 (or more) other people. Here's how:
First make a super crappy shadow. Just get owned by Jago in the three matches, you don't have to even throw a punch. I did like to taunt though just to make Jago attack me. Why? Because your shadow is super easy to defeat this way!
Second, you and your friend both use your daily challenge to challenge each other's shadow. You should win easily! Don't save your data as it will keep your shadow weak.
Third, keep checking your bounties, a loss gives you a chance to fight that opponent again. Even if it was from a bounty win before! So this means as long as you don't lose, you and your friend(s) can just keep doing bounties back and forth as long as each are on. Since you have two games, you should in theory almost always have one to play against your friend.
Rinse/repeat til your shadow gets 100 matches. If you happen to lose a match, you can always start again the next day with a fresh set of challenges towards each other. Just do it online at the same time and you can knock this out over a few hours!
Credit also goes to ScorchPSO and Stifler4Life as they were the ones who happened to be online whilst I was challenging them and we had a nice run of 40ish games back and forth!
Edit: Just so we are clear, I tested the weak shadow on a dummy account. My shadow and those I mentioned in the thanks don't have dummies that do nothing.
However if you do fight my shadow it is a weak representation of me. It always does medium combos and is pretty weak against sweeps and throws. But please save yourself the headache and don't fight it .
You can do this with a local dummy, but trying to play 200 matches (maybe 199) by yourself will take longer than one good boosting pal.

Aye managed to get about 12/13 from you alone :) Very good method that works perfectly.

I fought ScorchPSO and his only shadow was a Thunder that fought back, you need to make a shadow that doesn't do anything. I will test Minioger in a minute

For this achievement, your shadow has to be picked to fight against a human player. It doesn't matter if you win or lose, and it can be through Shadow Survival, Shadow Challenges or Bounties. It's the same as Shadow Apprentice, five times over, so my solution is pretty much the same.
The achievement will come naturally, but if you want to get it faster, you can follow this method.
If you challenge a friend (or several friends) and beat them, they will be able to go to the Shadow Activity menu (press Y in the main menu for the Shadow Lab) and fight your shadow for a bounty. If they beat your shadow, you will be able to do the same and go back and forth until someone loses. Each of these fights (the ones where your shadow fights obviously) will count towards your 100 matches played. If shadows are weak, you pretty much can go all the way to 100 matches.
If someone loses when it was their turn to win, the other player can in turn send a challenge and get the flow going again.
If you lose again, you can re-challenge before the 24-hour period if you have a second shadow. Note, though, that for the achievement to unlock, you have to reach 100 matches with the same shadow. So if you are using a second shadow to circumvent the 24-hour wait, make sure that when your second shadow gets challenged, you pick your main shadow to "return" the bounty.

And then Guys, I really need help! For some reason, my shadows aren't synchronizing with the servers. I'm not able to fight with a secondary account, let alone a friend fight my shadow, making it impossible for me to release the achievments. I tried everything and didn't solve the problem!

In October, a change was made that battle statistics began to be saved.
It is necessary for your shadow to be called to battle 100 times.
