Load up Killer Instinct and start a "Local Play" game
In "Local Play" go to "Versus" and select "Player vs. CPU"
Select Difficulty as "Noob"
Select Sadira as your character
Start the match and win, the achievement will unlock.

Go to Single player, and pick a versus match. Press 
at the character selection screen to change the difficulty to beginner. Pick Sadira as your character and anyone as the enemy. Defeat the enemy.
Sadira's++ combo is pretty effective against the AI on beginner. Just mash it and you should win. If that's too much trouble, you could also go to multiplayer, choose local play and use a second controller to give yourself a win.
