EDIT: I think the free TJ Combo glitch has been patched now, or another character I allready own turned up free this week... I don't know. Can someone confirm this please?
Unlocking this achievement is very easy, you just have to beat someone up with TJ Combo.
The reason why I'm writing this guide is because I DO NOT OWN this combo breakers pack at the time of unlocking this.
I only have the season 1 ultra edition. Maybe this has something to do with why I got TJ free, or it might be bugged because Maya was greyed out for me.
The other option here is that the weekly free character does unlock achievements too, but if someone can confirm this, please do so!

same for me I only have the session one ultra edition and can get TJ combo achievements but not Maya's one's

Go to Single player, and pick a "player vs CPU" game. Press 
at the character selection screen to change the difficulty to beginner. Pick TJ Combo as your character and anyone as the enemy. Defeat the enemy.
Just button mash through the match and you should win. If that's too much trouble, you could also go to multiplayer, choose local play and use a second controller to give yourself a win.
