Even though you unlock your characters 3rd color at level 3, this achievement seems to only be unlocking for people when you unlock the 4th color at level 10. It is not yet known if the achievement itself is glitched or if the achievement description is wrong. But if you do not unlock this at level 3, just keep going and it SHOULD unlock at level 10
(edit: there are reports of the achievement still not unlocking at as high as level 16... Achievement appears to be very glitchy. I have unlocked this achievement for some characters are level 3, others at 10 but at least for me personally it has always unlocked at at least 10)

Im now Level 16 with Aganos, but did not get the Achivement.
Same with the Stylish Kan-Ra Achivement.
I think the next color comes at 21. Hopefully it will unlock then.

Aganos earns a new color after lvl 3. You'll get enough XP for this while passively playing 200 matches. Idling is good enough for this achievement, but you will earn it faster while going for 10 survival wins.
