You need to put all 4 cotton candy cocoons on a single lackey generator by yourself. If any other klown puts one on, the achievement is ruined. I was lucky enough to be in a dead lobby that no one would join. If you’re on the klown side you can ready up and start the match against bots and you’ll be the only klown. Extremely easy if you can get in a lobby like that. The bots just walk around casually. You can start a private lobby by yourself and ready up to face bots. The kills count towards the “thrill of the kill” achievement, so you should be able to get this achievement in a private lobby as well.
