Pretty straight forward. Just have to throw one of the cotton candy cocoons at another human (and hit them) once you’re holding the cocoon just hold

to throw it. If you’re having trouble hitting a human that’s running around, you can down them first and if you have a cocoon around you they would be an easier target.
As you can start private lobbies and play as a klown by yourself, you may want to attempt getting this in a private lobby. You’ll face all bots and they walk around slowly making them pretty easy targets.
