How I got it, just ran around with the popcorn bazooka out and kept shooting the human til they were knocked down. Once down I kept shooting them til they died and achievement popped. Tried downing them with the bazooka then doing the execution but the achievement would not pop that way.

Great solution, can confirm that you have to shoot them until they die on the ground, you can not do this with a Klowntality kill.

I knock them down with the gun, shoot them two more times with it but they just get back up and run away lol

Don’t bother with the bazooka. It’s slow and a PIA. Just go to a private match, equip the Mace, down a bot with regular hits, then when they’re on the ground, charge the mace all the way and kill them with it. Charged mace applies popcorn. Boom. You’re done.
