Tienen que buscar 2 bujías para poder abrir el portal, el mapa de la feria es el mapa más chico, solo deben de ir los 4 al transportador y el q va a sacar el logro activar el portal para q se vallan los otros 3.
P.d. en lo personal se me bugueo el logro y la única forma que me lo dio es q un amigo lo intento con mi perfil en su consola

It can be done in personalized sessions with 5 people for faster.
They have to look for 2 spark plugs to be able to open the portal, the fair map is the smallest map, only the 4 of them have to go to the transporter and the one who is going to get the achievement activate the portal so that the other 3 can leave.
P.S. Personally, the achievement was bugged and the only way it was given to me is that a friend tried it with my profile on his console

Idk if you have to do both spark plugs AND open it yourself ..I did one plug and opened it for 3 ppl and didn't get it

You need to open the portal and let 3 other humans go in. I can confirm this method works as me and a boosting partner just got the achievement, you will only need TWO players to earn it in a private match with bots. Firstly, both players need to setup a Klown loadout with the Cotton Raygun (the very first gun on your list), then follow these steps:
1) Invite them into your game, go to private match. Should be able to be done in any map but to keep it simple, just go with the first map (amusement park ). One player needs to play as a Klown, the person trying to get the achievement should go as human. You can set a preference for roles in private matches.
2) When you load in game, the human player needs to search for 2 spark plugs and find the portal. (The Klown can help search for the portal.)
3) Both the Klown and human should meet at the portal, where the human must activate it.
4) When activated, the Klown should go on top of the portal and tap-fire his cotton raygun at the human. This attracts the human bots into the portal. If a human bot is stuck near you and won't move into the portal, you can bait them as the Klown to attack you and lead them to the portal. When 3 human bots enter it, the portal will disappear and your achievement should unlock.
Here is a video showing what I mean in step 4, the Klowns baits the last human into the portal, but it's offscreen in the video (It is not my video and all credit goes to BlackDevil990) :
A couple of extra tips:
Portal spawns is RNG, but the best places is out in the open where the bots can easily access the portal. If it spawns indoors like the arcade in the amusement park, it is still doable but it might take longer. Just open all the doors from the inside, this let's the bots have an easier time to come in.
This achievement is known to be finnicky, make sure the person going human is the host of the private match.
Good luck, hope this guide will help others save time. Everything can easily be done solo or with 2 players in private matches, except the "Humanity's finest" achievement.
