Fastest way to do this.
-Private Match
-Pick Klown
-Carnival Map
The bots don't try to escape they just run around, even all the way until the Klownpocalypze, and they will not attempt to escape even then.
Use the Popcorn Gun to "down" the bots then use your Cotton Weapon of choice to cocoon them. This maximizes EXP.
Always attempt on the 7th bot to not only cocoon them, but grab them and hang them up at a Lackey station.
Carnival map is without a doubt the best.
Don't forget to use your damage boost perk as Klown. I normally was heading for the 6th / 7th bot about the time my dog balloon was ready which made finding the last bot much easier as the balloon can see anywhere on the map.
20k EXP a match.
I would do this soon as many games in the past take away the ability to get EXP or get achievements in Private Match all of the sudden.

You need to be level 12 to unlock the popcorn gun and the balloon dog, its pretty rough before then

Adding to the above solution. It's also possible to infinitely farm any Human with the Popcorn Cannon. You can do this by shooting them in the leg once they're down, letting them revive then repeating the process however many times you need!

How to get 500k+ XP a game
-private match
- two people only
- you need to be victim( one getting xp) friend need to be klown
- locate resurrection machine
-as human clear the cotton candy and try to hit a perfect skill check, once done clear the rest of the cotton candy then you need to just spam (X) & friend as the klown needs to tap fire with their gun on the machine at the same time so you should be seeing xp build up like crazy it thinks you’re perfectly clearing the cotton candy every click .
*if you are having trouble hitting a perfect your friend can rebuild it for you as killer. (:

Try hitting your first skill check as a perfect . you will get tons of xp . If it bugs and you’re not getting xp quit and restart
