Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game

I found that the best way to get this is by playing a private match against the 7 bots.

Bots don't try to escape the map nor will they attempt to save someone if you cocoon them, they will however carry a bunch of food on them and rarely they will fight you back. I found using the popcorn gun to down/track them and then cocoon will give you most EXP for levelling up, extra points if you can hook them before they suffocate. If you have trouble finding the last few as they aren't running into your lackeys, I used the balloon dog to sniff them out.

I did test to see if I could AFK the whole match and let the Klownpocalypse kill them, but if they die to that it doesn't count for you killing them, you do end up getting a couple thousand EXP if you want to AFK the level ups but it be quicker to do the match yourself as I was getting 20k+ a go for the level 100 grind.
