Just keep choosing the first option.
Now, give Jerome the yo-yo and he will distract the teacher so you can steal his device. (if you already have the device this step is not necessary).
Next, choose the buy option from Monty and pay $1.50 to rig the strange device.
Next, talk to Buggs then place the machine under a table.
After that skip morning time and be with your teacher at lunch by saying "I want to have lunch with you".

Lunch
Now, when you're about to eat the McGlobs meal, activate the machine. After that, go behind Ms. Applegate and stab her.

Recess
Now, talk to Buggs, then Nugget and ask him to hide the knife in the Nugget Cave ,( You'll need a gfrienship nugget in order to do it) .
