Simply select 'Free Play' from the main menu and play through the five mini games (20,000 Leaks, River Rush, Rally Ball, Reflex Ridge and Space Pop) on Intermediate.
The intermediate levels can be identified by hovering your hand over a level selector - the difficulty appears beneath. You can tell which medal has been achieved by the icon under the level select. No medal appears if the level has yet to be played.
Unlocking this will also unlock;
The Silver Spoon achievement in Kinect Adventures worth 131 pointsEarn a Silver Medal, or see one earned, in all Intermediate Free Play levels

I just played through all the intermediate levels again and again earned a gold or platinum and still the achievement didn't pop. Is anyone else having this problem?! Do the games played online count?
