After unlocking the parade, you'll just need to get 5 stars on the parade game.

Anyone have any tips of where to go to start the parade?
I have the baton, just dont know where to go to trigger the parade.

I think the parade can be played from the park map when you zoom on Main Street U.S.A.

You can get this achievement as early as after getting the baton from Prince Naveen. The closest parade attraction is located in New Orleans Square by the lake.
If you just play naturally and not worry about the parade, you will automatically be a part of the Main Street USA parade after acquiring the last magic item.
The parades consists of moving your arms to the motion of the music notes on the screen and dancing/waving your arms when prompted.
Get 5 stars in one of those two parades and you will unlock the achievement!

Your first parade will start once Prince Naveen in New Orleans Square gives you his baton. You need to get 5 stars on the parade by waving, dancing, and conducting in sequence with the others. You can replay this if you don't get it during your first try.
