Kinect Disneyland Adventures

Create your character then speak to Mickey. He will teach you a few basic controls and gestures then you can exit conversation mode and this will pop.
Using all 4 gestures on him will net you an additional achievement for using all 4 on the same character (Pleased To Meet You!).

This is very easy, the first thing you do at the beginning of the game. You don't even need a guide, just listen to the ticket guy thing (sorry can't think of his name) and you'll get this in the first 2-5 minutes of gameplay.
