How to unlock the Speed Demon achievement in Kinect Joy Ride - Definitive Guide

This achievement can be earned with very little effort.
From the main menu, select "Play". In the game type menu, select "Dash". Then select the next-to-last track available which is "Bandlands Freeway" and length is "Long", difficulty is "Pro".
Note: One play tip to the Dash game is that your car will stay in a lane and will only change one lane at a time if you quickly turn your hands in the direction you want to change lanes, and then quickly come back to center.
After loading up that track, grab the wheel and begin driving. DON'T USE YOUR BOOST! It's not necessary for this achievement on this track AND you can easily obtain the achievement below while going for this one:

Very near the beginning of the course, you will come upon a section where the middle lane is clear and there are 2 speed boosters on the left and right lanes. Before you hit those, stay in the middle lane so that you do NOT hit the speed boost; this way you stay on the lower part of the track. Now, continue driving (and avoiding obstacles) and about two-thirds of the way through the course you will come upon a hill with a speed boost in every lane. Hit any one of those (I happened to be in the right lane, but I don't think it matters), and it will send you jumping over a gorge. At that moment, the achievement will unlock for hitting 220 km/h.
I don't believe the car you choose matters for this achievement, however, I was using Chrome Classic when it unlocked for me.
