I didn't know this was and achievement until I did it. Once you start your Smash session, go for the two towers as fast as you can and then head for the green arrow ramp. This will take you to a tunnel. If you hit the middle ramp at the end you will head straight for the Boss Statue and destroy it.

I have tested the above method, and it worked first time.
Load up the FIRST Smash track, simply drive into the right tower and then the left (preferably without drifting) and then carry on turning left, and up the ramp. From there, you can't miss the boss.

Credit to gymnstlif86 for the solution but just to add, I went straight for the right hand tower first after entering the arena and then round to the left for the second, this lined you up easier for the arrow ramp, made it in just 18 seconds
