Kinect Joy Ride

This will unlock while you are working on the 30 races of each type. I unlocked after finishing Veteran Trickster, Veteran Stunter, and Rookie Dasher. Lighthouse loop under PRO or Battle will add a lot of mileage as you must do 3 laps and you can unlock longer courses as you progress through the levels on the way to completing 30 race activities.
