this should pop when you scan yourself in at the start of the game, however it can be a bit glitchy. If you don't get it just scan yourself again and it will give you the achievement.

Worth noting .... I joined in my wife's game. I unlocked an award and shared it, but it gave her the achievement for sharing even though it was on my profile/character. It never popped/registered for me. This didn't make sense as she was main. NOW as for this achievement ..... when I joined and we made the characters .... I was the one who got that achievement while she did not. She has done a new game making two characters with no luck. I know some of the achievements are not unlocked with a friend, but the above stated makes it very screwy.
