Best level to do this on is the second Incredibles one. Just run through quickly, doing the 2 platforms in each room you need to break the glass and you get platinum each time in 4.30 mins. Don't bother with buddy areas or coins, just speed through!

I just thought I would note that when she refers to "platforms", she means the 2 side missions that you can do (one on each side) in the 2 rooms where you have to throw big rocks at the glass to break it.
Each of the two rooms, has 2 side missions, and you should easily reach the gold standard if you do all four of the side missions. In fact, I got Platinum each time.
One final thing, you won't have access to both side missions until you have done the level 4-5 times.

The easiest way to manage this is to follow the same path for platinum. You'll find that if you keep playing the same level over and over again, gold is really easy to obtain, once your side missions, extra goals, and buddies unlock.
